I'm now 3 months out with from my eye revision surgery, and have no complaints or complications! My vision prior to surgery was -8/-9 with mild astigmatism in one eye and now I have 20/20 vision! Dr. Sane, Dr. Furlong and their team has been so kind and always available for questions which I appreciate. They really made the whole process and recovery seamless. I can't say enough about Furlong Vision Center. I had cataract surgery in both my eyes and the result is nothing short of amazing! The entire staff at Furlong is efficient, knowledgeable and competent. I was always seen promptly and everything was explained thoroughly. Dr. Furlong clearly stays up to the minute with new techniques and solutions. His use of a lazer to break up the cloudy lens made my recovery time almost instantaneous. I had virtually no pain and my vision was improved immediately. The Los Gatos Surgery Center where Dr. Furlong operates was also excellent and I was made very comfortable and relaxed. For any eye correction, you can't do better than Furlong Vision!

I got LASIK eye surgery back in October and it was a surreal experience. On surgery day, I remember giving my surgeon the biggest hug beforehand and afterwards, and telling him "Thank you so much for giving me the best gift -- to finally see. I might cry". This is coming from someone who's had bad eyesight for 14 years. The next morning when I opened my eyes and saw everything clearly, was one of the best days of my entire life.

I had Lasik done with Dr. Sane and from beginning to end it was extremely professional, informative, and the staff really do go above and beyond! I was walked through the whole process from my first appointment to the day of surgery and follow up they really make you feel at ease and relaxed while they explain all moments of the procedure which was so quick and painless and even provided me with snacks as I waited to be called back. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's even just curious about having Lasik I can guarantee you will be in great hands!!

I am SO happy with my vision after having PRK surgery with Dr. Furlong!! Before I was extremely near-sighted/worn glasses since 1st grade and being able to see clearly without my glasses and contacts has truly been life-changing! Dr. Mona Sane took care of my cataract surgery, which I had put off for over a year because I was just plain scared! If I can only take that year back of my vision and world being like a blurry Impressionist painting. Dr. Sane took her time explaining to me, helping me choose the best option, and now my world is in HD! I could not be more satisfied with Furlong Vision. Being able to look up at the night sky and see the stars with my bare eyes, instead through a lens that is dotted with dust and whatnot, was a small delight I think people with 20/20 vision take for granted.

The day of my surgery, I had nothing but a peace of mind and heart because I knew I was in good hands. Before I knew it, it was already done! And painless, too! And when the next day came, it was like everything was in HD.

I want to shout out to all the front desk staff, technicians, and specifically Dr. Parul Patel. They were an integral part of my decision to commit to LASIK, and made this surgery run so smoothly.

Amazing! Can see 20/15 (perfectly); was legally blind before lol. Best lasik doctors and staff around. I had Dr. Sane do my procedure. No pain or discomfort AT ALL, including during the procedure and after. Trust these guys. Go there do the procedure, come home, sleep for 4 hours (recommended 8) and wake up with perfect vision and no discomfort. I was stressing about the procedure beforehand since I'm a wimp when it comes to the word "surgery" but you're in the best hands at Furlong Vision. PS there's a discount if you have VSP.

OMG!!! I was as blind as a bat and now I bet I could sharpshoot a gnat off a cow's ass from 500 yards without even waking her up! For REAL!! : )

I had the refractive lens exchange (RLE) on an elective basis since I did not have cataracts. Every night I have to remind myself to NOT try and take out my contact lenses because I don't have any! I actually can see almost 20/20 which is better than I have ever had in my life. No contacts, no toric lens for my astigmatism, no reading glasses over contact lens, no distance glasses - they all had a solemn requiem mass and grand procession to the trash can 4 weeks ago.

Dr Sane and her staff took the time to understand why I wanted LASIK and explained what outcomes I should expect. The operation was over in minutes and Dr Sane confirmed that everything was looking great before I left. I received a follow up call after I got home to make sure I was comfortable and answer any questions I might have. I came away with 20/15 vision and couldn't be more pleased. It really is life changing to be free of glasses and contacts after 17 years!

As an optician at Optical Illusions of San Mateo, I picked Furlong Vision Correction Medical Center to do my lasik because they have the latest technology available. My experience was amazing, it was a smooth process and all the staff and Dr. Furlong were great The day of my surgery, I went in and the place was very clean and covid safe, I was the only patient in the office which made me feel more comfortable. I'm thrilled! Just had my surgery yesterday and woke up with perfect vision. Everything is meticulously clean here. I started before COVID and had surgery during COVID. I just finished my last check up since my advanced PRK surgery.  The whole process was amazing and I now have greater than 20/20 vision. Dr. Furlong read about studies in which my eye condition would not be ideal for LASIK and recommended PRK.  I'm glad that the doctor stays on top of his research and recommends the best option to his patients. Office staff was always helpful and I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about LASIK or PRK.

SANITARY & LIFE CHANGING!!!!! No need to wait this thing out. 

The entire staff was extremely thorough about all the necessary safety measures put in place to keep everything sanitary, and most importantly, everyone safe. It was even comforting to see them disinfecting stations right in front of me! I'm now Day 5 post-procedure and I am asking myself why I waited so long!!!!!! If everything going on with Covid19 has made you consider holding off on your visit I'm here to say it shouldn't. I had my 6 month post lasik follow up today, they screen you onsite and check your temperature even before you enter the lobby. They monitor all employees as well!
